We reach out — or you call us
You'll get a letter or a call from VuePoint on behalf of your plan. We confirm three details from your plan's records to verify identity. We never ask for Social Security or banking information.
Pick a day that works
Schedulers are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Central. Choose a day that suits you; we confirm before the visit.
A technician visits your home
The exam takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Results go to your health plan and your primary care doctor.
